How do I sign up?

Patients may call 313-831-2008 to sign up for On-Campus Delivery or just stop by and visit University Pharmacy to complete the registration and authorization forms. (A delivery and payment form needs to be filled out prior to any deliveries.)

What is On Campus Delivery?

University Pharmacy’s On Campus Delivery program is a convenient service that allows faculty and staff to have their prescription medications delivered to their office.

How will I receive my prescriptions?

Most patients will pick-up their prescriptions at the pharmacy located at 5254 Anthony Wayne Drive, or the prescriptions can be hand delivered to your office.

How much does it cost?

Nothing – On Campus Delivery is a FREE service. You only have to pay your prescription co-pay or prescription cost.

How do I pay for my co-pay?

Currently, co-pays for On Campus Delivery prescriptions will be paid for by credit card, debit card or One-card. (Sorry no Cash is accepted for any deliveries).

Who can use this service?

All faculty and staff who fill or transfer their prescriptions to University Pharmacy are eligible for this service. We accept all WSU insurance plans including workman’s compensation.

How does the pharmacy get my prescriptions?

New prescriptions may be dropped off at the pharmacy on campus, Physicians may phone prescriptions at 313-831-2008 or fax in new prescriptions at 313-831-2122. Also, University Pharmacy may call physicians for any new prescriptions, or call your current pharmacy to have prescriptions transferred (some restrictions may apply).

How does the pharmacy know if I received my prescriptions?

When your prescription is delivered, you or your designated representative will sign a signature log for each prescription. If you or your designated representative is unavailable at time of delivery the prescription will be returned to the pharmacy.
